back in oakland

hi there folks. once again, so sorry to not have written in so long. I've been back in Oakland doing a Breema Intensive. It's been amazing, and again i feel like i've lost weight from around my neck, and learned some great new sequences, and hoping anyone local might come visit me for some bodywork.

it's kind of astounding to me that there are regular readers of this blog and i thank you for your patience and words of encouragement.

it's been kind of strange to be in Oakland for the last 4 days doing this intensive. I miss the farm like crazy. Work there is still going well, the gate became more and more ornate and looks pretty great, next week i start in on gate number two and by then my mail order welders helmet will be there. It's some kind of fancy new thing that automatically darkens when you strike the arc. No more tipping of the head to drop the mask down. Can't wait to see if it reallly works.
Supposedly it goes dark within .oo5 of a second, hopefully that's fast enough to not go blind.

Writing from my most excellent house sitting gig in Oakland and looking forward to getting back up there with what feels like my new extended family.

Please come and visit me if you can!

thanks for reading!
